We ship to all EU countries from our European warehouse.

Delivery times

Germany, Netherlands, Belgium, Austria: 2-4 business days
France, Denmark, Sweden, Finland, Norway: 3-5 business days
Other EU countries: 4-7 business days

Shipping costs

Orders over €80: Free shipping
Orders under €80: €5.95 flat rate

Orders placed before 2pm CET on business days are typically dispatched the same day.

Returns

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not, you can return your product within 30 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return:

Item must be unused and in original packaging
Include your order number with the return

How to return:

Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days after we receive the returned item.
